Shipping Regions
At this time, we ship within the European Union only.
We are working toward expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
Processing Time
If items marked as Pre-Order
By placing a pre-order, your item is curated immediately upon purchase, meaning you do not need to wait for general restocking.
This careful curation process requires additional time and attention, which is why pre-order items are processed and shipped within 18 business days from the date of order.
We truly appreciate your patience and are continuously working on reducing waiting times while maintaining our quality standards.
In-Stock Items
Items that are not marked as pre-order are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Combined Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together, once the pre-order item is ready.
Shipping Fees
- €8 flat shipping fee for all EU orders
- Free shipping on orders over €120
Additional Information
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays (calendar of The Netherlands).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
