Please note:

We are currently working on developing a more effortless and seamless return experience for you 

Until then, the return process is handled manually with care and attention.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request through Return Request Form.

 

Refund scope

  • Refunds apply only to the returned clothing item(s).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A €25 return shipping fee applies and is deducted from the refund.
  • All fees are shown before the return request is submitted.

 

Return process

  1. Submit a return request via your customer account
  2. Send the item back within the instructed timeframe via e-mail
  3. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed

 

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and approved.

 

 

Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Return shipping fees do not apply
  • The item price will be refunded in full


Refund timing

Once processed, refunds are sent to the original payment method.

The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

    • Scrunchies
    • Hair accessories
    • Underwear

     

    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

    If you would like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
